PRE- LOADING CARGO EQUIPMENTS

Basing on our findings at the time of inspection, we certified that:

• Total cargo loaded : 103 Packages 
• Basing on the above survey, it is our opinion that the pre-shipment, loading, stowage, condition and securing of the shipments was proper / adequate to ensure safe transportation and delivery of the cargo at the destination.
• Chief Officer/ Crew Member should be checking and re-lashing during sea transport to discharging terminal.
