PRE DISCHARGING SURVEY ON CARGO ( NEW TANK LORRY AND CANVAS TRUCKS)

Condition survey on behalf of a P&I Club in order to assess the general condition of a 374.720 MT of Vehicles. The full condition includes a review of trading docs, class, statutory and safety-related documents, and certificates.
Prior to discharge, in order to prevent and secure the discharged cargo from loss and damade (if any) arising from handling appliances and method, akey of meeting between NOPICO surveyorS , C.Officer and CICT port representative ( Port Operators) had arranged, in which we did timely require them:

• To equip with adequate and appropriate equipments, tools and devices throughout the discharge
  operation at CICT port in accordance with IMO guidelines.
• Canvas Trucks and Tank Lorries were discharged from Hatch deck & Tween deck of Hold No.01&
  02 by shore’s crane to the shore by means of soft sling wire ropes and hooks of appropriate SWL to
  each unit.
