MARINE ACCIDENT SURVEY - FLOODED CONTAINER CONDITION

As per declaration by Master and Chief Officer, from Shekou, China to Hai Phong,Viet Nam. - In during pump ballast in tanks may be the crews was without closing valve thus the water flowing to cargo hold/ It was caused containers flooding. In order to inspect the cargo hold and ,containers condition,damage extent, surveyor to come on board for conducting above mentioned.
